I am Rich Carr, a Father of two children a boy and a girl who make my life fulfilled. I am a Husband to an amazing wife who makes our house operate beautifully, even if its a bit messy. I am also a Director of Product Management and have a passion for Developing great Product Leaders, and evangelizing on Agile! I have worked in the Product Development world for a decade, where I find joy in creating and developing great teams!

Father, Husband, Sports Fanatic, and Product Executive.

Like many Fathers, I struggle to find the right balance of the key roles I play. This blog was created organically to 1) vent, and 2) hopefully build a community of fathers to where we can be real and authentic. We all know there is no perfect, father, husband, and employee, but if we work together we can share experiences and help out each other. The content I will write and share will align with all of these roles, as fatherhood is much more than just watching kids, this blog hopes to address all areas.
